 Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, sesame seeds, soy sulphur dioxide and other allergens. You agree to this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.

• Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled online within 48 hours for a full refund.

  • To qualify, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to beezsweetstation@gmail.com within the designated cancellation period.

• Refund & Fees:

  • Orders canceled before the 48-hour deadline will receive a full refund, including any deposit.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, if one was made.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% fee.

  • Once the order has been processed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

• Changes to Orders:

  • Changes to the original order can be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving an incorrect item or a damaged product—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for claims made after this timeframe.

Since taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the taste of a product.

To process a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the issue (such as photographs).

We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius from our location in Connecticut, with fees based on travel distance. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order size. While we strive to meet the scheduled timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number and full address, and ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Beez Sweet Station is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If redelivery is required, an additional fee will apply at the priority courier rate. Undelivered orders are non-refundable.

1. Storage

• Room Temperature: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5–7 days.
• Refrigeration: Not necessary for most cookies but can extend freshness up to 2 weeks if stored in an airtight container.
• Freezing: For long-term storage (up to 3 months), place cookies in a freezer-safe bag or container. Thaw at room temperature before eating.

2. Handling

• Keep cookies in a single layer or separate with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat to maintain texture and freshness.

3. Serving

• If cookies become hard, place a slice of bread in the container to restore softness.
• Warm cookies slightly in the microwave for 5–10 seconds for a freshly baked taste.
