2. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
2.1 We strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the content is free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
2.2 Products and services listed on the Website may be unavailable, inaccurately described, or mispriced. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
2.3 If an error occurs in the pricing or availability of a product you have ordered, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

3. Prices Policy
3.1 All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices does not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and promotional discounts at any time. Pricing errors or discrepancies will be corrected as soon as they are identified.
3.3 Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are not included in the product prices unless specified and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
4.2 Prices are displayed in U.S. currency and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Payment must be made at the time of placing an order through our secure payment gateway. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Zelle.
4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.
4.5 Orders for regular products require at least seven (7) days’ notice. Custom products require a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks’ notice, depending on the complexity of the design. Wedding products must be ordered at least 3 to 6 months in advance. A non-refundable retainer and deposit are due at the time of contract signing to secure your date.
4.6 A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders at the time of booking. Full payment is required for all online purchases.
4.7 If you need a product sooner than the standard notice period, a rush fee will apply, subject to baker availability. Expedited orders are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver within a 60-mile radius from Connecticut, with fees based on travel mileage. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order size. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines but do not guarantee them due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the provided address. Beez Sweet Station is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
5.3 Undelivered orders will not be refunded.
5.4 Delivery fees for wedding orders are not included and will be calculated based on the distance and time of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds, except as required by law.
6.2 If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product), please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Please note after 24 hours, we will not be able to offer any compensation.
6.3 Proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (e.g., photographs) will be required for any claims. Any refund given will be credited to the card used for payment.
6.4 Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept the return of any Products simply because you do not like the taste.

7. Cancellation and Changes

Orders can be canceled online within 48 hours for a full refund.

To qualify, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to beezsweetstation@gmail.com within the designated cancellation period.

Refund & Fees:

Orders canceled before the 48-hour deadline will receive a full refund, including any deposit.

Cancellations made after 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, if one was made.

After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% fee.

Once the order has been processed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

Changes to Orders:

Changes to the original order can be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

If an unexpected situation affects your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to explore alternative options.

Wedding Cakes:

This policy does not apply to wedding cakes with a contract.
