If you’re only interested in our cake tasting box, it’s $55 and includes 4 flavor samples, you can purchase it directly online. Delivery fees apply at checkout, so please let us know if you need it delivered.

Do you offer delivery and setup?No, we do not provide setup for online orders, but we do offer delivery. Wedding cakes sold online are considered standard custom cake orders, and you are responsible for coordinating with the venue for setup, storage, and safe handling. For custom orders, both delivery and setup are available for an additional fee.

During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to create a custom cake design that you will be comfortable with.

Can I choose a different sponge flavor?Yes, you can make changes to your order, but please note that frosting color cannot be customized for online orders. This order includes a choice of five flavors: vanilla, almond, chocolate, red velvet, or marble. Additional fees apply for other flavors or fillings.

How long will my cakes stay fresh?Our cakes are made fresh without preservatives and are best enjoyed on the day they’re delivered. If you’re not serving right away, store them in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate if the weather is warm. For frozen cakes, thaw in the fridge until they reach room temperature, then let them sit on the counter before serving. Please avoid refreezing cakes or loaves after 48 hours of thawing.

Where can I pick up my order?Currently, we don’t offer in-store pickup. We provide delivery within our service area to the location of your choice. Please select a time slot that works for you when placing your order.

How far in advance should I place my order?For standard items, we recommend ordering at least 7 days in advance. For custom cakes and large orders at least 4 - 6 weeks in advance to ensure we have enough time to create your cake to perfection. For larger events or specialty designs, please allow 3 - 6 months, especially during peak seasons. If you need a product sooner than the standard notice, a "rush" fee will apply and this depends on our availability, no guarantee.

What is your payment policy?We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your order, with the balance due 3 weeks before delivery. Orders placed within 3 weeks of delivery require full payment. Payments are securely processed online to prevent fraudulent activity. Please see wedding contract for wedding cakes.

What is your returns and refunds policy?Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please ensure your order is checked when collected/delivered before signing your delivery form. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or a damaged product. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for claims made after this timeframe. Since taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the taste of a product. To process a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the issue (such as photographs). Please note that we can only credit a refund to the card used to purchase the item. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.

What is your cancellation policy?Orders can be canceled online within 48 hours for a full refund. To qualify, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to beezsweetstation@gmail.com within the designated cancellation period. Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled before the 48-hour deadline will receive a full refund, including any deposit. Cancellations made after the 48-hour period will forfeit the deposit if one was made. After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% fee. Once the order has been processed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted. If an unexpected situation affects your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to explore alternative options. Changes to the original order can be made within 48 hours. Please note: This policy does not apply to wedding cakes with a contract. For wedding cake orders, please refer to the wedding cake contract for specific terms.

How do I redeem e-gift voucher?E-gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended once expired. To redeem voucher simply add your voucher code at checkout. The minimum purchase to redeem voucher is $10.

What is your Delivery Policy?We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius from our location in Connecticut, with fees based on travel distance. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order size. While we strive to meet the scheduled timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number and full address, and ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Beez Sweet Station is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If redelivery is required, an additional fee will apply at the priority courier rate. Undelivered orders are non-refundable.
