• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receipt for review and resolution.

• Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the specific situation. Please note after 24 hours, we will not be able to offer any compensation.

While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

• All baked goods are intended for immediate consumption or storage under the recommended guidelines provided with the order. We are not responsible for spoilage or quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after pickup/delivery.

5. Cake Appearance & Color Variation Disclaimer

   Please note that all cake photos displayed are for reference only. While we strive to closely match the design, no two cakes are     ever exactly alike due to the handcrafted nature of our work. We take great care in crafting each cake to meet your design           expectations; however, please note the following:

1. Color Variation – Colors may vary slightly from design references due to differences in ingredients, lighting, screen displays, and natural variations in food coloring. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

2. Design Interpretation – While we strive to replicate requested designs as closely as possible, all cakes are handmade, and slight variations in decoration, texture, structure or overall appearance may occurs, as each baker brings their own unique touch. Rest assured, we will do our best to create a beautiful cake inspired by your chosen design.

3. Staining Warning – Deep or vibrant colors, such as reds, blues, and blacks, may cause temporary staining of teeth, lips, and clothing. We are not responsible for any staining caused by consumption or handling of the cake.

4. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the artistic nature of our cakes.
