Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, seasame seeds, eggs, spices, sulphur dioxide and other allergens. You agree to this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.

• Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled online within 48 hours for a full refund.

  • To qualify, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to beezsweetstation@gmail.com within the designated cancellation period.

• Refund & Fees:

  • Orders canceled before the 48-hour deadline will receive a full refund, including any deposit.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, if one was made.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% fee.

  • Once the order has been processed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

• Changes to Orders:

  • Changes to the original order can be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • If an unexpected situation affects your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to explore alternative options.

• Wedding Cakes:

  • This policy does not apply to wedding cakes with a contract.

  • For wedding cake orders, please refer to the wedding cake contract for specific terms.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving an incorrect item or a damaged product—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for claims made after this timeframe.

Since taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the taste of a product.

To process a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the issue (such as photographs).

We deliver within a 60-mile radius from Connecticut, with fees based on travel mileage. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order size. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines but do not guarantee them due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the provided address. Beez Sweet Station is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Undelivered orders will not be refunded.
