Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, sesame seeds, soy sulphur dioxide and other allergens. You agree to this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.
Orders can be canceled online within 48 hours for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable retainer, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to beezsweetstation@gmail.com within the designated cancellation period. Changes to the original order can be made within 48 hours. After 48 hours, cancellations incur a 20% fee.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving an incorrect item or a damaged product—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for claims made after this timeframe.
Since taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the taste of a product.
To process a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the issue (such as photographs).

We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius from our location in Connecticut, with fees based on travel distance. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order size. While we strive to meet the scheduled timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number and full address, and ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Beez Sweet Station is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If redelivery is required, an additional fee will apply at the priority courier rate. Undelivered orders are non-refundable.
To maintain the freshness and delicate texture of your macarons, follow these care instructions:

- Room Temperature: Macarons are best enjoyed fresh but can sit out for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.
- Refrigeration: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Allow them to come to room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavor.
- Freezing: For longer storage (up to 1 month), place macarons in a single layer in an airtight container. Thaw at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before eating.
2. Handling
- Macarons are delicate—handle them gently to avoid cracking.
- Keep away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to prevent melting or softening.
3. Serving
- Best enjoyed at room temperature to appreciate the full flavor and texture.
- If macarons feel dry, let them sit in a closed container for a few hours to regain moisture.
