• Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled online within 48 hours for a full refund.

  • To qualify, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to beezsweetstation@gmail.com within the designated cancellation period.

• Refund & Fees:

  • Orders canceled before the 48-hour deadline will receive a full refund, including any deposit.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, if one was made.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% fee.

  • Once the order has been processed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

• Changes to Orders:

  • Changes to the original order can be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • If an unexpected situation affects your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to explore alternative options.

• Wedding Cakes:

  • This policy does not apply to wedding cakes with a contract.

  • For wedding cake orders, please refer to the wedding cake contract for specific terms.

 

We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius from our location in Connecticut, with fees based on travel distance. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order size. While we strive to meet the scheduled timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number and full address, and ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Beez Sweet Station is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If redelivery is required, an additional fee will apply at the priority courier rate. Undelivered orders are non-refundable.

To keep your fruit shooters fresh and flavorful, follow these care instructions:

1. Storage

• Refrigeration: Store fruit shooters in the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below until ready to serve. They are best enjoyed within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
• Room Temperature: If serving soon, fruit shooters can sit at room temperature for up to 2 hours before refrigeration is needed.
• Avoid Freezing: Freezing may alter the texture and make the fruit watery when thawed.

2. Handling

• Keep fruit shooters covered with plastic wrap or a lid to retain freshness and prevent drying out.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat to prevent the fruit from becoming mushy or spoiling quickly.
• Use clean utensils when handling to maintain hygiene and freshness.

3. Serving

• Serve chilled for the best taste and texture.
• Stir or shake lightly if the fruit juices settle.
• If needed, add a fresh squeeze of lemon or lime juice to prevent browning in fruits like apples or bananas.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving an incorrect item or a damaged product—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for claims made after this timeframe.

Since taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the taste of a product.

To process a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the issue (such as photographs).
