Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, seasame seeds, eggs, sulphur dioxide and other allergens. You agree to this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.

• Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled online within 48 hours for a full refund.

  • To qualify, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to beezsweetstation@gmail.com within the designated cancellation period.

• Refund & Fees:

  • Orders canceled before the 48-hour deadline will receive a full refund, including any deposit.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, if one was made.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% fee.

  • Once the order has been processed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

• Changes to Orders:

  • Changes to the original order can be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • If an unexpected situation affects your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to explore alternative options.

• Wedding Cakes:

  • This policy does not apply to wedding cakes with a contract.

  • For wedding cake orders, please refer to the wedding cake contract for specific terms.

We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius from our location in Connecticut, with fees based on travel distance. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order size. While we strive to meet the scheduled timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number and full address, and ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Beez Sweet Station is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If redelivery is required, an additional fee will apply at the priority courier rate. Undelivered orders are non-refundable.

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving an incorrect item or a damaged product—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for claims made after this timeframe.

Since taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the taste of a product.

To process a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the issue (such as photographs).

Thank you for choosing our cake! To ensure it stays fresh and delicious, please follow these care instructions:

Before Serving

• Remove all inedible decorations (such as cake toppers, ribbons, or non-edible embellishments).
• If the cake was refrigerated, let it sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavor.

Storage

• Room Temperature: If consuming within 24 hours, keep the cake in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Refrigeration: Store the cake in an airtight container or cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out. This is recommended for cakes with cream, custard, or fresh fruit fillings.
• Freezing: To store for a longer time, wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Handling

• Use a clean, sharp knife to cut the cake for neat slices.
• Avoid excessive handling to maintain its structure and presentation.
